More Than Massage — A Path to Wellness.
Our mission at The Kneading Well is simple: to empower you to feel better, move better, and live better. We do this by blending clinical nursing expertise with holistic healing, offering care that addresses not just the symptoms but the root causes of pain, tension, and imbalance.

We believe wellness is about more than just temporary relief. It’s about creating space for your body to heal, your mind to rest, and your spirit to reconnect. It’s about building a long-lasting foundation for balance, strength, and vitality.

I'm KYANNI
Hi there.
MS, MBA, RN, LMT, CMLDT
I started The Kneading Well because I’ve seen firsthand how pain and stress can take a toll — not just on the body, but on the mind and spirit. As a Nurse Massage Therapist and a runner, I know what it’s like to push your body to its limits, to feel weighed down by tension, and to crave balance.

For me, healing isn’t just about temporary relief — it’s about creating lasting change. My vision has always been to build a space where clients feel truly seen and supported, where every care plan is personalized, and where healing happens through connection, trust, and expertise.
The work we do at The Kneading Well is about so much more than massage. It’s about transforming how you feel in your body, empowering you to live fully, and helping you reclaim your strength and vitality.

Your wellness is not a luxury — it’s essential. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey to healing.
