Hi there! I’m Kyanni Fleming, founder of The Kneading Well and a passionate advocate for whole-person healing. With credentials as a Nurse Massage Therapist (RN, LMT, CMLDT), paired with my MS in Nursing and MBA, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others heal through care that’s as personal as it is professional.
Whether I’m working one-on-one with clients, leading workshops, or speaking to audiences about the power of integrative wellness, my mission is to inspire people to reconnect with their bodies, prioritize their well-being, and live healthier, more vibrant lives.

As a runner and someone who’s experienced the ups and downs of staying active, I know what it feels like to push your body to its limits and crave balance. I’ve also seen, through years of nursing and hands-on massage therapy, how stress, pain, and disconnection can hold us back from fully living. That’s why I bring both science and soul to everything I do, blending clinical precision with holistic care to help people not just feel better, but thrive.
